Physical Therapist
Kathy Armstrong
close
info:
Kathy grew up in the Progress Ridge area before attending Linfield College. In February 2023, she graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from George Fox University. It was here that she learned the value of patient-centered care and interprofessional communication as it relates to a patient’s recovery.

Kathy is well versed in various orthopedic conditions and she has a growing interest in serving those with chronic pain, as well as children with orthopedic injuries. A large part of Kathy’s mission is to serve her surrounding community and help others understand the value of physical therapy. Kathy sees physical therapy as more than simply providing exercises to address an ailment; she sees it as a relationship that is shared between patient and provider with the sole purpose of determining what is meaningful in the patient’s life and how her unique skill set can be of aid. Outside of work, she likes to spend her time with her miniature schnauzer, Milo. If she’s not with her dog, then she’s likely out enjoying the Pacific Northwest for all the food, hiking, and fun it has to offer.
