info:
I grew up in Nashville, TN. It was an excellent place to grow up as there was always tons of life music and culture to enjoy. My favorite little person is my cat, Gabby the Tabby. She has been known to ride on my shoulders while I ride my bike round town. An interesting fact about me is that I love aerial dance. I do aerial silks, pole dancing, rock climbing. I used to lead rappelling, climbing, and/or mountain biking trips in the New River Gorge in WV in a former life! I also enjoy playing my ukulele and singing.I attended Case Western Reserve University for undergrad and Temple University for Grad school. I am passionate about pelvic health, addressing the biopsychosocial causes surrounding someone's ailment, and serving under-served communities.
